Rick Cutter is one of the founding members of AAC Utility Partners.
After receiving his degree in business with a information technology focus, Mr. Cutter entered the IT field in 1988. He started his career as a programmer analyst, soon moving into managing software implementations as a project manager. Later in his career he was responsible for managing customer relationships for a major software company. Mr. Cutter spent several years as Director of a Utility Software Outsourcing organization specializing in application hosting and business process outsourcing of front-office and back-office functions to the deregulated energy and gas markets. After years of software implementation experience, Mr. Cutter developed methodologies for the implementation of software products. These methodologies focused on effective requirements gathering, training and risk mitigation. Mr. Cutter has now produced the culmination of his project experience through his authorship of AAC's NavigateOne methodology.
In his free time, Mr. Cutter enjoys spending time at the South Carolina coast with his family.

Mr. Crow began his career in the manufacturing industry as an industrial consultant and has since held management and executive roles in sales and consulting to the aerospace, government, risk management and utility markets. Mr. Crow's lifelong commitment to helping clients focus on impacting business objectives has been a primary contributor to his success. Mr. Crow serves on the board of the S.C. LN Education Foundation and Voice Application Development, Inc.. In his free time, Mr. Crow is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys coaching Little League Baseball. Mr. Crow resides in South Carolina. |
Steve Wenke |

Mr. Wenke started his professional career with United Parcel Service's IT services organization. He has enjoyed a successful career in the utility industry evaluating technologies for clients. Mr. Wenke brings an extensive track record of successful CIS implementations to AAC's Utility Practice. As Director of Utility Consulting, Mr. Wenke oversees the delivery of services to the client. Mr. Wenke was chosen as Director for this practice primarily due to his demonstrated record of unbiased, successful solution evaluations and project management. Mr. Wenke enjoys watersports and wilderness exploration. Mr. Wenke resides in Florida. |
